All About IGNOU Courses Value and Certification Value

I have recently come across the few question from the juniors and student who is doing various degree certification courses from other or private university. Generally aim of their question is like this or believe  as following.

" those who are doing certification from IGNOU are simply wasting their precious time as apart from the AICTE and government recognition, IGNOU has hardly anything to offer to its students when they go in the real world to look for jobs."

What's  your opinion as a IGNOU student or X student as IGNOU ? are believing the same things ? If your answer is Yes then I think you are on the right page to read up to end.

First of all I just share the data with you about the every year basic certification and student passing from IGNOU and appear for various courses.

The University offers about 490 certificate, diploma, degree and doctoral programs, with a strength of nearly 420 faculty members and academic staff at the headquarters and regional centers and about 36,000 academic counselors from conventional institutions of higher learning, professional organizations, and industry among others."

IGNOU student legging in knowledge after pass out ?

Its maybe not and right label that you can stick on every student. IGNOU is open university you are learning with your regular job or other busy schedule. There are classes facility and proficient guide but its distance learning and when you enroll with IGNOU then its student responsibility that how much they want to learn. 

let me ask Simple Question from 1st to 12th Standard teacher guiding you and have you ever secure the 100%  score ? may be few or  never also face failure in some subjects :). 

Do you feel that its fault of faculty or education system?

 I think you will defiantly getting now my point,  IGNOU is organization exposing the facilities but its up to you that how much you are eating and digest from them.

I have in touch with  lot of people in great position with IGNOU certification course and master course like MBA , MCA and Phd.

IGNOU student don't  get the job?

Personally I never listen that just certification is the only requirement to getting job, job needed job etiquettes like :

1. Certificate /Degree

2. Knowledge of domain and General Knowledge

3. Good Behaviors and team player attitude

4. Eager to learn new things and short learning curve.

5. Be a good listener

If you observe the listed things then the certification is only make less sense compare to knowledge and skill. Nowadays small industries are never rely upon the certification they just expecting the sound knowledge and skill person who fulfill their growth model.

Just open the eyes around your society and check that the only well knowledge and skill people only are at good position rather than just certified person.
